Privacy notice

This notice covers next.tifa.co.uk, the website for TIFA Next. People who use the TIFA Next app get a separate privacy notice for the app when their account is set up.

1. Who we are

TIFA Next is a service of TIFA Life Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website.

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, logs standard information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the time and the page you came from. We use it to keep the website running and secure.
• Email. If you email us, we use your name, email address, council or organisation, role and anything else you tell us, to reply and to arrange a demo.

3. Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests: running and securing this website, and replying to organisations that contact us about TIFA Next. Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information, we rely on legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

Vercel hosts the website and provides server logs. Microsoft 365 receives email sent to our team. Both act as processors on our instructions. We do not sell personal data or share it with marketing partners, advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses, or UK adequacy regulations.

6. How long we keep it

• Email and follow-up correspondence: up to 24 months from your last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
• Server logs: kept by Vercel for a short period for security and operations.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. Email michael@tifa.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to this notice

We will update this page if anything changes, and show the new date at the top.
